* Once you make a reservation with Sunburst Adventures, we have a STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY! * Common reasons for cancellations include but are not limited to death in family, death of friend, Illness in family, illness in friend, bad weather (Rain, snow, sleet, blizzard, tornado, hurricane, tsunami Etc) another obligation that you forgot about while booking your reservation, I didn’t know that Sunburst was located in Northeast Georgia, Sunburst Adventures still has a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY! * We are located an hour a a half from Atlanta,GA * We are located 20 minutes from Helen, GA * NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS * NO REFUND FOR LATE ARRIVALS * WE DO NOT REFUND * BE HERE 30 Min. PRIOR TO DEPARATURE. The reason for this is because we are located in the Middle of nowhere and most humans tend to run late. We will NOT WAIT FOR LATE ARRIVALS. Waiting on a late customer is not a great experience for our guests who have arrived on time. If You are confident you know where we are located, have already filled out your waivers, know where to Park and have already used the bathroom before you arrive, feel free to arrive 5 min before Departure, but just know that Sunburst tours will be leaving at the scheduled time. So again, please BE HERE 30 MIN PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
